1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing the vlptaka website, mobile application, or any associated service (collectively, the "Platform"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with vlptaka (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform, including account creation, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games, use of promotional offers, and all other activities conducted through your account.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform. Continued use of any part of the Platform after any amendments to these Terms & Conditions have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.2 Amendments and Updates

vlptaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown above indicates when the most recent revision was made. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via a notice on the Platform homepage or a notification to your registered account.

1.3 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail. The Platform operates primarily in English, and all formal communications, account notices, and dispute correspondence will be conducted in English.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific game rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and vlptaka with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number capable of receiving OTP verification codes, and your preferred BDT payment method. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept current. You are responsible for updating your account details if any information changes after registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. vlptaka strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You must notify the support team immediately at support@vlptaka if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

vlptaka will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods belonging to the same individual — are prohibited. Bonuses and promotions are allocated on a per-account, per-player, per-household, and per-device basis. vlptaka uses technical and analytical methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.4 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability

Your vlptaka account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another individual. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account, nor may you access or use another player's account. Any account found to be shared or operated by multiple individuals may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each active promotion will be published alongside the promotion details on the Platform.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available only once per player, per household, and per payment method. vlptaka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have previously held an account — including accounts that were closed — are not eligible for the new player welcome bonus.

5.3 Seasonal and Reload Promotions

vlptaka periodically offers reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Durga Puja, Victory Day (16 December), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup. Each such promotion carries its own specific terms, validity period, and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any promotion before opting in.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Misuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using strategies designed to exploit low-risk wagering on bonus funds, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value — will result in immediate cancellation of all pending bonuses, forfeiture of any bonus-derived winnings, and permanent account closure. vlptaka uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse.

5.5 VIP Programme

vlptaka operates a five-tier VIP programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Black Diamond). VIP status is earned through cumulative wagering activity on the Platform. Each tier carries progressively enhanced benefits including higher withdrawal limits, reduced withdrawal processing times, cashback rates, access to exclusive tournaments, and at the Black Diamond tier, a dedicated personal account manager. vlptaka reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, benefits, and the structure of the programme at any time.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure by vlptaka

vlptaka may suspend or close a player account immediately and without prior notice if any of the following circumstances are identified:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Confirmed age of the registered player being under 18 years
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Use of prohibited software, bots, or automated tools
• Multiple account registration by the same individual
• Abuse of bonus offers or promotional systems
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe following a withdrawal request
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a deposit made to the account
• Any conduct that vlptaka reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, reputation, or operation of the Platform

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, vlptaka will use reasonable endeavours to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 10 business days. During a suspension, access to the account, including deposits and withdrawals, will be restricted.

7.2 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, vlptaka reserves the right to void all pending withdrawals, forfeit all bonus balances, and — where fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is confirmed — report the matter to the relevant authorities and retain all funds pending resolution. In cases of confirmed underage gambling, deposited funds will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting amounts already wagered.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team at support@vlptaka or via the account settings panel. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless specific terms of an active promotion state otherwise.

7.4 Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will have their accounts closed within 24 hours of the confirmed request. During any self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened, no marketing communications will be sent, and re-registration attempts will be blocked. 8.1 Platform Availability

vlptaka strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform. However, the Platform is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. vlptaka will not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings, missed betting opportunities, or consequential damages — arising from Platform downtime or technical interruptions.

8.2 Game Outcomes

All gaming and betting outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified RNG systems or live event results. vlptaka does not guarantee any outcome and expressly disclaims any liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay. The house edge applicable to each game type is disclosed within the game information section of the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent risk and that losses are a normal and expected part of gameplay.

8.3 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates third-party services including game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), and data feed providers for sports betting. vlptaka is not responsible for any failure, interruption, or error originating from these third-party services. Any dispute relating to the conduct of a third-party game or payment transaction must first be directed to the relevant third-party provider.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vlptaka's total aggregate liability to any player — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to that player's account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances will vlptaka be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages of any kind.

8.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vlptaka, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights; or (d) any fraudulent or unlawful conduct associated with your account.

8.6 Force Majeure

vlptaka shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, power outages, internet disruptions, or the acts of third-party service providers. In such circumstances, vlptaka's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
